4.  What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it. Well i didn;t have many friends growing up. I was teasted in school. So i started to watch tmnt. I really became to love them. I felt as if i was apart of tmnt world. it was great.

5.  Who is your favorite Turtle, and why? I love mikey because has a big heart and he's so much different than the other turtles. He reminds of me in so many ways.

6.  Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it? I love all of them.

I think my family rented the first two movies from Blockbuster or something. I just remember that there were video cassettes involved.

Raph. I love the angry, emotional types.

1.  My name is Jason. I often go by J because it's just the shortened easy way of getting my attention.

2.  Born and raised in LAS VEGAS

3.  I'm 27 now. I don't remember the exact moment. I was probably 5 or 6.

4.  Again, I don't remember the specifics but I do have MANY memories of having the toys.. the 80s and 90s was like an explosion of TMNT

5.  As a kid it was Michelangelo. I think we had the same exact personality and I loved the jokes even when things were intense. That was me when I was a kid.. loud and playful. I think they all are great though.

6.  Earliest memory of the movie #1 (my fav) was being at my grandmothers house and I think my uncle brought it over for all of us to watch. I was so excited. Then when Raph shouted "DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMN" in the city we all looked at each other like 

7.  Never been to an event. I'd love to though. Life is what you make it. Better make it fun.

8.  I like everything. Almost everything anyway. I love the outdoors, music, art, combat sports (mma, boxing, traditional martial arts, etc), family and friends. One of my favorite things to do is just go into the mountains or on beautiful hiking trails.

9.  I never did! I am thinking about starting though hahaha. I'd love to have that I could look at as a reminder of how great things were as a kid and how to keep that feeling alive.

11.  Kevin Clash. The voice of Master Splinter in the original films. I think that guy did an awesome job. They all did. Fun fact. he is the voice of Elmo from sesame street!

12.  Recently I went to blockbuster to rent the original movie so my 6 year old son could see it too. We went in, grabbed it.. Went home and made pizza. Watched 2 then 1. I think he liked the preview of #2 more so we started backwards haha. I've been trying to figure out what the heck has happened in the ninja turtle realm after all of these years have gone by and decided to google "ninja turtle forum".. which lead me here.

I am just about to turn 26. I have always been a turtles fan as long as I can remember. As far back as I can recall I always had a leonardo figure with me. My fourth birthday cake was Michelangelos head

4.  What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.

I honestly cant remember my very first encounter but it would have definitley been the original cartoon. When I was a kid I had turtles t shirts pyjamas, skateboard, figures even toothpaste.

5.  Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?

When I was younger my favourite was Mikey what kid doesnt love the fun party dude, as I got older it bacame Raphael because he is the character who shows the most emotion out of his brothers. Leonardo and Donatello also have their place. It wouldnt be the same without all four turtles

6.  Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?

The first movie is by far the best movie. Its got the best story line, the best tone, the best soundtrack, the best everything. I recently made my youngest sister watch it with me. She really didnt want to watch it with me, but now shes seen it, she loves it. I may just have created a new turtles fan.

I have never been to an event specifically about TMNT. Although to my knowledge we dont really get any in the U.K, although i would love to attend one.

I love allsorts of things, narrowing it down though. I enjoy reading, music and films.

I mainly collect the comics, but I've got a few figures, all the films alot of episodes on DVD, all the computer games and other bits and bobs. Its the comics (mirage/image and now IDW) that i collect religously.

1.  My name I use on most forums is toyempire.  I may occasionally go by Katotrooper too.  My friends know me as Kevin.

2.   Hawaii

3, 4.  I think I heard about TMNT by the toys, then the cartoons, then the video, then the movie.  The thrill was seeing them in person at Nicolodeon at Universal Studios.

5.  I dont really have a favorite turtle.  I do like the villians, especially Shredder.

6.  The first movie was the best.  Shredder was so awesome.  I had to have a helmet like that, so I made one.  Didnt care for the rest of his outfit.

7.  I travel alot and go to scifi and anime conventions around the country.  Shredder is one of my favorite costumes to wear and have appeared in the book Cosplay in America.  I also try to go to other site forums of the convention and schedule TMNT gatherings and photoshoots. The feeling I had when I first saw TMNT live at Universal Studios was such a thrill that I wanted to get into costuming and bring that thrill back to kids. It doesnt hurt that it also makes you a rock star.  Some kids are now adults. Its so funny, some fans come up to me and tell me when they were young I really scared them.  Hahaha. Oh yea, if anyone needs help with costuming especially as Shredder, let me know.  I also am working on a Bebop character.  Too bad I can only wear one costume at a time.

8.  As a costumer, I am a member of the 501st, the Star Wars group of which I am a stormtrooper, imperial officer, Royal imperial Guard, Biker Scout, and Clone.  I am also into costuming as GI Joe, Cobra, TF2, Halo, Assassin Creed, Robot Chicken, Mars Attacks, Eswat, Superheros and other cartoon or gaming characters.  What this means is that if I am at a scifi convention, I may only be Shredder for a few hours depending what i have scheduled for photoshoots, panels, etc

9.  I collect toys too, mainly action figures, and cars. If you look above, imagine toys of costuming passion.

11.  I would like to meet Shredder, James Saito.  Actually, he was at a convention I attended, but I was into costuming with photoshoots and gatherings, but didnt look at the panel list which he was on so I missed his presentation.  I also didnt have a Shredder costume done until six months later.  It would have been nice to have him autograph my armor if only I planned ahead.
