1. In this never ending world witch we call the "Internet" I go by the name "BloodStainedWings" I use this name for all board's i use on the net

2. I live in "Thunder Bay, Ontario" Witch I' am sad to say, because trying to live in a world of TMNT its impossable here. All i can get here are new series TMNT show's wich are in short supply here in this town and some basic toy's witch i dont even see on the shelves anymore. So as far as collecting anything else such as Classic TMNT EP's on DVD we cant get them here.  Thats what the net is for a guess. The frist time around was much better in terms of being a TMNT fan.

3. I'm 20, I was intoduced to the TMNT at the ripe age of 4.

4 The frist time i have ever heard of the TMNT was at the ripe age of 4. When I saw TMNT: The Movie, was the frist time i was introduced to the TMNT, I Still remember waiting in line for over 2 hours on opening day to see the tmnt with my friend mikey. After I saw that film, TMNT took controle of my life, i lived tmnt 24/7.

5. Leo is my fav, because i love his way of life. Everything about him is perfect.

6. My fav TMNT movie is TMNT 1, we all know its the greatest movie evermade. I can not remember why i loved the movie as a kid. I love the movie now because of its darkness. Everything about that movie is perfect, too bad the films went down hill after that. Now i remember why it was the best movie ever as a kid, its the only movie i saw as a kid, i have see it so many times i have lost count. I know that i know every word of that film off by heart. I even went so far as to remove myself from human contact because when i was a kid TMNT ment more to me then friends, lol of course now all that has changed.

7. I had one big TMNT party as a kid and i took my toys that i got locked my self in my room away from my friends  and fell back in to the world of tmnt by watch the movie and playing with all the new TMNT toy's i had just gotten, I have never had a birthday party seince. I was the biggest fan i knew,. Now the Biggest fan i know it "Ivory" i'am sure everyone knows who she is by now. Every TMNT i had was throw in the trash all i have lest is Sheets to a bed set and a large Donatello with Bow Staff. Because of the new series i'am reliving my greates memories in life.

8. I Like many other things such as Everything "Marilyn Manson" its like the tmnt craze all over agian lol. I like Technology in general. Computers, Music, Movies, I have a wide rage of movies. My Pet's Bear, Molly, Cody Jackson ect...

9. I have started a collection of the new TMNT series DVD's but i have been rented more then buying them, hopefully someday i well get them all. I want to collect the orgianl TMNT cartoon series on DVD, witch i cahn do so becase there dont come out as fast and u can get an intires series on to one dvd thus makinf it more affordable. I would love to have somt TMNT clothes Beds set's ect. Like i said before this town seem's to have next to nothing when it come to TMNT items.

10. Any TMNT site i know, i'am sure you guys allready know about it, I do have my own site, though i rarely use it, but please feel free to check it out "www.bloodstainedwings.cjb.net"

11. I would like to meet Ivey because aparently she is the worlds biggest TMNT fan. I would love to see her collection in person. She should so put here stuff on a public display and make some money at it as well. Ivey, if you ever get a site up and running please let us know we would love to see your collection.

1. Ziptango. Most call me Zip.

2. Pocatello, Idaho (I'm rather fond of the name, hehe)

3. I'm 19 and I grew up with the Turtles in the late 80's and early 90's. Good times.

4. The movies. I loved the first one as a kid. I had a thing for sad, angsty shows even that young, and the Raph tub scene was  perfect.

5. Donatello. Strength of mind, body, and character.

6. Um, it's a tie. The first because it's so well done, and the second because I'm in love with that version of Donatello.

7. Yes, I just recently returned from the comic convention in Toronto.

8. Anything outdoorsy and nature. Skiing and horseback riding or my favorites. Animals too. Somewhat of a computer geek too, for a girl. Other fandoms: Star Wars, Final Fantasy, and Stargate SG-1

9. Yes, the movies, pictures/comics, and my personal favorites: skateboard and Don plushie

10. Yes, and it's even tmnt stuff. It's killer. http://geocities.com/fan_attik
But if you're bored, here's some other links related to me:

1. Leonardo Mystic. Most call me Mystic, but I am sometimes referred to as Leo Mystic, or simply LM.

2. West-Central Georgia

3. Twenty-two. I first learned of TMNT back in 1990 when I was seven years old.

4. The old cartoon. I don't remember how I got into it, but I remember I used to get up every Saturday morning to watch.

5. *grins* This is easy. Leonardo is my favorite, and always was. Leonardo Love It was first movie Leo I originally fell in love with.
I understand him so well because I am the same. We're so alike, it's almost creepy. He is a kindred spirit, someone I can relate to. I am withdrawn, very introverted; I usually keep my emotions bottled and buried, a perfectionist, the oldest sibling, honorable, serious, sweet, thoughtful, kind, and patient, for the most part.

6. The first one by far is my favorite. I first saw it when it came on television. My mom recorded it for me, and after that, I watched it over and over and over until I think for sure I almost wore out the VCR, and the tape. Happy/Smile (Anime Style) I couldn't get enough, but I drove my parents insane. LOL

7. Sadly, I have not. Sad/Down I wish I could. I would love to go to AnimeNext or even the one coming up in Las Vegas soon.

8. Disney cartoons and some movies, music, animals, especially cats, collectible figurines such as angels and unicorns, stuffed animals, and porcelain dolls.

9. Oh, I've got a whole room and closet full of stuff, most of it new and of Leonardo. I do have a few vintage items such as a near complete set of Mirage Volume One comics. I just need #48. I've got six small figures, two giant hard figures and two poseable, a small plushes, a beach towel, an umbrella, flashlight keychain, four books, four plush pillows, two clocks, two watches, a homemade mousepad and t-shirt, and vintage I have is a plush stocking, a small plush, and a lamp. And that's only Leo. That doesn't even count the other stuff. I have three more beach towels; two are the same, two sets of Toddler Turtles, a fleece throw, a kite, a box of Valentines, a poster, Fleer cards, trading cards from the new TCG, a tin lunchbox, a backpack, seven coloring books, a stationary set, both GBA games, and the first and second game for GC. Vintage, as mentioned earlier, a near complete set of the Volume One comics, a limited edition "gold" watch, and a mint complete fan club packet.

10. Well, it's not my own website, but rather I own the space within another website called GaiaOnline. The TMNT Guild is here: http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/index.php?page_mode=4&guild_id=1616 You must register on Gaia in order to access the guilds.

11. I would absolutely love to meet Mike Sinterniklaas, and Peter Laird as well.

12. Ivey (Michaelangelo)

1. What is your name, and which nick name would you prefer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?

Aignatius.

2. Where are you located?

Central coast of California

3. How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?

First heard of the TMNT in '87, wasn't really into them until '90.

4. What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.

Was watching 60 minutes on TV one night; Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird were being interviewed, and I saw the comics they were doing, and wanted to go find them. When I was in NY visiting my brother, he took me to a friend's comic shop and I found a lot of back issues of the Mirage TMNT, including the "phone book" sized collected novels of the first issues. Loved them, right off. Fantastic stuff.

5. Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?

Donatello. Donatello
He reminds me of a lot of my family. I'm surrounded by professors and engineers... he also has an even tempered, easygoing personality I wished I could emulate. Happy/Smile

6. Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?

TMNT 1 is my fave, I watched it on New Year's Eve of 1990, when it came out on VHS. I rented it for my nieces and nephew I was babysitting at the time. So I rang in 1991 with the TMNT.

7. Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... etc.... if so, what events? And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.

Been to the San Diego Comic Con International a few times, saw Kevin Eastman, Simon Bisley, and Eric Talbot the first time in '95, when they were signing for Tundra, then on Sunday, met Kevin at the Heavy Metal Booth next to this nine foot tall, black haired woman dressed in black patent leather who I didn't know at the time was his wife-to-be.

8. What other things besides TMNT do you like?

Usagi Yojimbo, Kenshin, Lord of the Rings, VW Westfalia campers and dragons and things...

9. Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, etc, or all?

Many of the comics, a few action figures, (my son likes them more than I do) and TMNT gifts my friends give. I tend to focus on the Don stuff because he's the best out of all of them, by far.

10. Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL? Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.

www.dragonytes.com shows what I do. Happy/Smile

11. Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?

Oh I dunno, I thought I'd like to meet Peter Laird and discuss politics.              Not.

12. How did you hear of TMNT-L?

Futbalhead, Ivey and various marvellous sundry folk... on the newsgroups back in, oh, '96, or so.

1. What is your name, and which nick name would you perfer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?
Eh...just call me Mo. If you've run into me somewhere else, like LJ, DJ, other forums, you'll recognize the moronqueen handle. Wink (...oh cute!!! A winking Raphie!! *squints* ...or is that Mike...I need a new monitor)

2. Where are you located?
MN...*shrugs* When we have summers, they're nice...

3. How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?
*sung to that old Ms. American Pie* A looooongloooooong time ago, in a galaxy far away...Nabu was under an attack.

Er...I'm 25 earth years old *shifty eyed look*...and I've known of the tmnt since childhood

4. What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.
Teevee. It's that boxish thing that's changed a lot over the years...it can channel pure gold, as our green boys are, or stuff that's vastly inferior to said gold. I've noticed that's what's been mostly on...the latter. It has lotsa buttons...and cool innards...and accessories!! Did you know that the inside of a VCR looks like a robot?

5. Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?
Raph...'cause he's the best, that's why! ...that and y'know...I've always felt a connection to him...we've had the same issues in common in the past. Leo's second fave...just 'cause he's nifty...Don's third...I always wanna cuddle him for some reason...and Mike's fourth...some versions of him are pretty neat, but it's very easy to make him very annoying.

6. Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?
I like elements of all three...the third has some wicked one-liners...well, they all do, but the third gets me rollin' with some of  'em...the first is my fave, though...'cause it's so dark. As for stories...eh...I can't remember the first time I saw any of 'em...love watching 'em with the hubby, though...and sometimes we'll pop the soundtracks on and party on down...especially to good ol' ZZTop

7. Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect.... if so, what events? And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.
Been to a couple cons...not many. Not really my thing.

8. What other things besides TMNT do you like?
Spirituality of the Pagan variety, New Agish stuff, paranormal goodies, science, writing...not too big into other cartoons, or movies...really pretty out of place in that respect.

9. Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?
I'd collect more toys and comics if I had the money ;p

10. Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL? Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.
Iiii've...got a web page...buuut...I don't really want to share it 'cause it's very outdated...mebbe later. Ooh...I do have journals, though! http://www.deadjournal.com/~moronqueen and http://www.livejournal.com/~moronqueen ...both essencially the same thing.

11. Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?
*shrugs* Whoever wants to meet me, I guess. o O

12. How did you hear of TMNT-L?
The Orange One's DJ.

13. Have you added yourself to our TMNT Group map?
I HAVE!!!!! Ooooooooooooooooooh

1. What is your name, and which nick name would you prefer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?
I go by Loolaa pretty much everywhere.  It's short and easy to remember.

2. Where are you located?
North Yorkshire, England.  A pretty little town called Harrogate.

3. How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?
I'm 29, and will be "celebrating" my 30th birthday in three months.
I first heard of tmnt in I think 1989 or 1988 when the cartoon first came out in the UK.

4. What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.
The original cartoon in 1988 or 89, I think it was more 89 but I can't really remember. My brother was sat watching it, I asked him what it was and he said: 'Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles' to which I promply fell about laughing thinking it was the most ridiculous thing I'd ever heard of. Of course, I was hooked after that one show... don't remember which one it was.  Straight after that I went in search of the Fleetway tmnt comics that were reprinting the Archie series in the UK, and I also bought the Mirage graphic novels with birthday and christmas money at the end of 1990... I know this because I still have the receipt with the date and time of purchase on it (...don't ask LOL ...)  Because I was so much into comics anyway I stayed interested in the turtles when the the cartoon finished airing in the UK which was after about two seasons. When my family moved to Leeds in 1990 I was able to buy the actual Archie comics instead of the reprints and the Mirage comics which meant I stayed interested in the turtles.

5. Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?
It's always been Donatello.  I really don't know why. When I was 13 it was because he was the smart one who built gadgets.. now it's become something more than that.

6. Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?
The first movie is my favourite.  I first saw the first movie at the cinema.  Whichever year it came out in the UK (1990..?).  I saved up and saw it three times.  I think I went on my own each time too because my friends and family just weren't interested (and still aren't).
I saw the second one twice and I think I managed to drag a friend to one showing.  The third I saw only once at the cinema, but I remember it well because no-one else was there, I had the whole room to myself and it was really wierd... like my own private viewing.

7. Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect.... if so, what events? And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.
Nope. I love to though.

8. What other things besides TMNT do you like?
Xena Warrior Princess, Lord of the Rings, Silent Hill, Final Fantasy, Banana Fish, Buffy, Harry Potter, all kinds of crap really.

9. Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?
Some stuff. I always buy the comics.  I'll get all the dvds and video games eventually.  I get the action figures that I like.

10. Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL? Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.
Yeah.. but it hasn't been updated in forever so I'll not bother posting the url.  I need to trash it and start again.

Also My deviantart account: http://loolaa.deviantart.com/
My LJ: http://www.livejournal.com/users/loolaa/

11. Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?
Pretty much everyone. I say that, but if the opportunity arose I'd proberbly hide in the ladies toilets.  I'm so horribly shy.
I guess Dan Berger is pretty high up on the list because I was so obsessed with issue 45 I constantly re-read it over and over.
And Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman, obviously.

12. How did you hear of TMNT-L?
Michaelangelo's deviant art journal.
I was on the newsgroup YEARS ago when I first came online, but in those days I had no idea what I was doing when it came to computers and gave up. Embarassed

I'll just kind of paraphrase myself from the other board...

1. Andrew Modeen. I don't really go by any nicks anymore, but you guys have been confusing the heck out of me lately... first I knew Ms. Ivey as Donatello, now she's Michaelangelo (or is she?), now Horseturtle (or is it Horsetechie?) is Donatello, adding more confusion to the mix. Quit it, people! Happy/Smile

2. Kent, WA. Just a wee bit south of Seattle.

3 & 4. 24 years old. It's all become so foggy in my old age... I'm fairly certain at a point in my youth when I was an avid Ghostbuster fan (the cartoon, the action figures, etc.) I kept hearing about "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" at school and from my friends. I remember the whole thing sounded ridiculous to me. Then I started to catch bits of the cartoon. Quickly I was hooked, and pretty soon afterward my Ghostbusters and TMNT action figures were soon locked in wars with one another, Ecto-1 vs. Turtle Van and so forth.

5. Leonardo. His sense of honor and discipline is admirable.

6. The first. Still holds up, and is a pretty damn good comic book adaption in its own right. No big story about seeing it, just went with my dad and I remember him saying how disappointed he was, how he thought the Turtles in the movie would be about "saving the rainforest" and "ecology" (I think he got confused because he read #14 or so of the Archies I had then and thought they were the original TMNT) but it turned out to be just a lot of violence and nonsense. Loved it. The second movie (Secret of the Ooze) I went with a bunch of friends from school and we were so stoked when we got out that we started digging these BIG holes in one of our yards, like digging for 10 feet, trying to find some ooze to mutate some stuff with, until their parents made us fill up the holes. Good times.

7. I made a big muck about my trip to the San D Comic Con in 1999, met Kevin & Julie but somehow managed to not see any other fans that day.

8. I like various geeky things. I play a lot of Final Fantasy XI, which is a MMORPG (a pay-per-moth massively online game live with thousands of other players), also DOOM 3 and other timewasters. I am a Trekkie, own every series on DVD and the movies. Lately I'm all about Highlander, watching all the movies and working my way through the series on DVD.

9. I have collected (and now re-collected) the Mirage/Image comics. I used to have 75% of the Archies, but those are lost. As a child I had like ALL of the original figures and vehicles, certainly all of the video games... I think I sold all of my figures and vehicles at a swap meet to buy a new Nintendo system or something, and that makes me very sad. But anyhow, as the TMNT were created in the comic form, I also hold it in its various volumes (currently Laird's Vol. 4) a good measure above all other incarnations, but still greatly enjoyed the cartoons, movies, etc.. I didn't discover Mirage TMNT until much *After* the cartoon and even after collecting a good number of Archies, of course. I think the slightly grown-up teenager in me at the time, when I discovered the Mirage books, was pleased to see that the more purer (and by purer I mean the original incarnation) TMNT was, in fact, a much more grown up and adult book. Which is not to say it doesn't have a fair dose of humor or what-have-you.

10. The Ninja Turtles Empire. http://www.actiontattoos.com/tmnt

11. I've met Kevin Eastman, so the next logical choice is Peter Laird, particularly since he's the man in charge now.

12. I had the pleasure of joining TMNT-l a great many years ago... not entirely certain when, but I believe somewhere around the summer of 97? Maybe a bit before? Anyway, I started to write letters back and forth to Ms. April "Doramouse"/"CK" Lacey, which then led to letters back and forth to Sharon "Horseturtle" Sedgely. Still have those letters somewhere, as well as Ms. Ivey's, too. That's a really long time ago.

1. What is your name, and which nick name would you perfer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?

Wayne Vincent Grayson. I post as GrayWayne and occasionally answer to "Gray" or "Mikey".

2. Where are you located?

New York, New York.

3. How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?

31 and I can remember reading the first issue of TMNT in the shop I used to go to in Long Island when it first came out. 1984, I think? Like a total moron, though, I didn't buy it. I started collecting the series around issue 4.

4. What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.

It's a tie between me seeing some in-house ads for the comic or a friend of mine at the time recommending it. Not sure which came first. I remember being very excited about the first cartoon series, but then got kinda turned off by the glut of products and over-hyping that followed.

5. Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?

Michelangelo. Not just because I play him nowadays, although that's certainly a factor, but back in the day, I thought his weapon was the most exotic and coolest-this was at a time when ninja stuff was permeating our society. He's also, in my mind the one that embodies all four words of the title the most. He's the most accurate teenager, he's weird enough to be considered a mutant, he's got the ninja skills, and he's constantly yelling about how much he"loves being a turtle". I guess mostly, I like his energy and personality.

6. Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?

The first one was the best and at the time, I regarded it as the most faithful-to-the-source comic book movie. I barely remember the others. David Warner was in one, right?

7. Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect.... if so, what events? And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.

I've been to a number of conventions over the years, both as a guest and as an attendee. Armageddon, AnimeNext, I-CON, Supanova and the upcoming Anime Vegas. One of the greatest things about the job I have is being able to travel around the world and meet the fans. Really getting a feel for the impact your work is having is incredibly rewarding.

8. What other things besides TMNT do you like?

Comic books, classic literature, racquetball, sci-fi, animation, really twisted television, truly original stand-up comedy, Shakespeare, DVDs, my friends' bands.

9. Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?

I collect whatever swag 4Kids or the fans give me. Actually, at the entrance to our apartment there's kind of a shrine with all the Mikey paraphernalia I've gathered.

10. Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL? Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.

No, I'm not big into computers.

11. Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?

I'd like to meet the original voice actors, that'd be cool. Also, Kevin Eastman.

12. How did you hear of TMNT-L?

That kooky Michele Ivey!

1.  What is your name, and which nick name would you perfer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?

I go simply by Jephael, or Jeph for short. I've also been known as JeoAce which is my AOL/AIM screenname.

2.  Where are you located?

Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

3.  How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?

I'm 25 now and I still remember when I first saw the cartoon in 1989 while watching Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers!

4.  What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.

I believe it all started with a Raphael action figure someone gave me back in Christmas of 1988.

5.  Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?

I can't really say who my favorite is because I like them all equally, though I gotta say Don and Mike are my most favorite because I can really relate to their personalities!

6.  Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?

"Secret of the Ooze" is by far my favorite TMNT film, simply for its comedic and carefree nature!
Ironically, it's the only Ninja Turtle film I missed out on going to see in the theatre.

7.  Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect....   if so, what events?   And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.

I have plenty of fond memories seeing Raphael here and there at various appearances. I've gotten my picture taken with Donatello at MGM Studios and also Michaelangelo during an appearance to promote the cookies.

8.  What other things besides TMNT do you like?

DC Comics - Superman, Batman, The Flash and Teen Titans
Marvel Comics - Spider-Man, X Men and Fantastic 4

9.  Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?

I'm an avid collector of vintage home videos and action figures! I love buying the comic books whenever I go to the mall!

10.  Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL?  Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.

I've had my website for quite some time now, though I don't really recall exactly how long I've had it. Originally, it was hosted by xoom.com which later became nbci.com, the same server that hosted Dawnatello's site around that time. Unfortunately, the company decided to end its free web hosting services and since then my site has been on AOL.com

11.  Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?

Rob Paulson, the voice of Raphael (1987-1995)!

12.  How did you hear of TMNT-L?

Way back in 2000 I was chatting with KCWindham and AlliMarty who played RPGs based on the original toon and Alli told me about this mailing list. I believe this was around the time Topica.com hosted the list.

1.  What is your name, and which nick name would you perfer?   Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?
I usually go by Krang in most places (or Krang__ if it's already taken).

2.  Where are you located?
Dimension X, of course. Razz

3.  How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?
I'm around the age you'd expect someone who grew up watching the old cartoon to be.  I first heard of TMNT around 1989 or so.

4.  What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.
The old cartoon was very popular with the kids my age, so I decided to check it out.

5.  Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?
I actually don't like the turtles themselves all that much, which explains why I don't watch the new cartoon.  I'm more a fan of the bad guys from the old cartoon.

6.  Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?
I've only seen them once or twice in the theater and on VHS, so I don't really remember them that well.  I remember being disappointed that Krang wasn't in the second one.  LOL

7.  Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect....   if so, what events?   And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.
Nope.

8.  What other things besides TMNT do you like?
Video games, anime, computers, karate, etc.

9.  Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?
A little.  I used to have alot of toys, but now I only have one Krang figure.  I also have one of the original cartoon DVDs and plenty of old VHS tapes with episodes on them.

10.  Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL?  Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.
Yes, The Technodrome.  I also have Paradigm City, an anime site.

11.  Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?
Pat Fraley, the voice of Krang.

12.  How did you hear of TMNT-L?
I stumbled on it when it was hosted on Topica in mid-2000.  I'm pretty sure that I found it through a search engine.

1. Most people call me zim.  On Gaia I'm Lady Leonardo so people generally call me Lady over there, and on LJ I'm onnawufei so I get called onna a lot.  Um... just call me zim.  (NOT related to that damn cartoon.)

2. Summerville, South Carolina... ya'll.

3. I'm 24 and I first heard of TMNT when the original cartoon began airing.

4. I think I may have caught the first episode when it aired, I remember that it wasn't very popular at the time so I felt kind of "cool" for knowing about it.

5. Leonardo, and I'm yet to think of an actual reason why, he's just always been my favorite.  I'm a lot like Raph (hence the name) so I can only assume Leo is my favorite because he balances that out.

6. First movie is my favorite and sadly I wasn't able to see it in the theater but OH how I tried!  My family was never one for going to movies but I begged and begged my dad to take me.  I took a piece of cardboard, wrote something on it about how I wanted to see the movie and walked around my house picket line style.  *L*  It didn't work, but he did buy me the book based on the movie.

7. Nope, unfortunately not. Closest I've gotten was cosplaying April at an anime convention... and NO ONE knew who I was.

8. I'm big into photography and love exploring abandoned buildings, old cemeteries and things of that nature.  I'm a huge fan of horror movies and have ended up falling in love with the Silent Hill game series as well.  My other long running obsessions would be "Weird Al" Yankovic, Jhonen Vasquez and Danny Elfman.

9. My collection is tiny and it's all new stuff, the closest I have to "vintage" would be some of the old comics and those are all reprints I believe.  I do have two Leonardo pillows, two basic Leonardo figures, one of the large Leonardo figures, the Leonardo and Raphael bobble head pens, both TMNT games for GBA and the completely awesome grip for the GBA SP. I have a few other things as well, and a good chunk of my collection is due to Leonardo Mystic being an absolutely wonderful person.

10. I don't have a TMNT website but I have a bunch of stills in my photobucket account from the anime, first movie, and various episodes of the current show.   http://photobucket.com/albums/v226/onnawufei/   My regular website is http://www.photobee.net and it's just my photos.

11. Elias Koteas.  I absolutely love him and I'm not sure I would have ever become such a big fan if it wasn't for the first movie.

12. Ivey told me about it and Leonardo Mystic eventually convinced me to join.

~OK. One more time. Honestly, I feel like I've spent half my online life chasing THIS list/forum around all over the place!   Bang Head   (<--awesomely appropriate smilie!) lol!

1.  What is your name, and which nick name would you prefer?   Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?

~GreenWillow. If you don't know who I am by now...well... really. Tch. I just don't know what to say!

2.  Where are you located?

<looks around> My bedroom, it seems.
Oh. Right.  The Sierra Nevada Foothills of Northern California.

3.  How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?

Tribal Elder. That makes me exempt from specific disclosure on this question. Razz
I first heard of the Turtles when they woke me up one cold morning in 1987 as my two oldest boys were blasting the TV at 6:00 am. Initially, I was not impressed.

4.  What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.

After I recovered from my resentment I decided that they were pretty cute. The 1st movie hooked me, then I heard this rumor of dark and edgey b&w comic books......I sat up all night reading the first collected works and my fate was sealed. I was in love.

5.  Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?

            ~ Leonardo.
Because he's the best one. Duh.

You really wanna know? Look here

6.  Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?

~The first one. Took my kids, cuz, you know, *they* would like it. Took 'em back to see it ten times, cuz *they* liked it so much.  Heh.  Del Oro Theater, Grass Valley. I still love that place.

7.  Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect....   if so, what events?   And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.

~Well, first "Turtle Event" was the 1991 WonderCo in Oakland where I stalked Kevin Eastman into the bar to make him look at my TMNT comic book "query letter". That was memorable. Since then I've met up with other TMNT fans at the San Diego ComicCon many times. I think Kevin has either forgotten or forgiven the stalking incident.....

8.  What other things besides TMNT do you like?

~There are "other things"? Heh.....TMNT are really my only obssession- type fandom.  I like most pop-culture stuff well enough, but it comes and goes.  If I'm not playing with Turtles I'm writing other stuff, sketching, painting, reading, gardening or doing stuff with my kids or even (gasp!) working.

9.  Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?

~Comics, some toys, working on the DVDs.

10.  Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL?  Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.

              GreenWillow's TMNT Lair

11.  Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?

~Peter Laird.  I think I've met almost everyone else....

12.  How did you hear of TMNT-L?

              ~Back in 1997-- Kim/Leo, I think......maybe Aig. Honestly, I can't remember.

OK now, so this is it, right? We're not moving again? I'm not gonna wake up tomorrow and find an empty space where this site was, the windows boarded up and a "For Rent" sign on the door, right?

Sorry, I've been around for a while but I haven't had the chance to throw up my info.  So, here it is:

1. What is your name, and which nick name would you perfer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?
Well, I'm generally known as Arista.  No one uses my real name other than a select few so it's not worth mentioning.

2. Where are you located?
Originally, New Jersey but now, I have moved just north of Edmonton, Alberta (that's in Canada for those of you who aren't sure)

3. How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?
I'm now 25 and you're asking me to think to far back?  I can barely remember what happened yesterday! Razz  It was at least 20 years ago.

4. What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.
I have no clue to be honest.  I think it might have been the fact that there were no girls in my neighborhood so I had all guy friends and they were all into the show so I ended up getting into it as well.

5. Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?
Depends on the series.  For NT:TNM, I would have to say Michelangelo ONLY because of Kirby Morrow, his voice actor (I'm a HUGE Kirby Morrow fan) but for every other series, Leonardo for too many reasons but to name a few I probably understand him the best out of all the turtles.  I also have a thing for the serious guys who can kick anyone's butt.

6. Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?
Probably the second if I had to choose one.  I mean, where else can you hear the lamest stall tactic done by Leo?  Sacred Prefight Donut.

7. Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect.... if so, what events? And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.
Sadly, no I haven't been to any of the tours.

8. What other things besides TMNT do you like?
I LOVE Gundam Wing, Saiyuki, Samurai Troopers (AKA: Ronin Warriors), Disney's Gargoyles, and CSI.  I'm also a Clue the Movie fan, along with Sin City, Spider Man, and Mortal Kombat.  Yes, I love the Forensic, action and sometimes Bishounen shows/animes.

9. Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?
Well, According to Mily, Fae, and Hex, I have a Leo shrine (a bunch of Leo action figures and my autographed Leo statue with all my TMNT comics) that takes up 1 shelf of my book case which is at eye level when sitting at the desk.  So I guess you can say I collect Leo things...Hey, my sister collects Mikey things.

10. Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL? Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.
Nope.  Sorry.  I've tried and failed at that.  If I can get one up, I'll tell you all.

11. Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?
I would like to meet the voice of Splinter (Darren Dunstan) and Kirby Morrow, the voice of Michelangelo in NT:TNM (What can I say?  As much as I'm a Leo girl, I'm a Kirby Morrow fan girl).

12. How did you hear of TMNT-L?
through (Michelangelo AKA: Ivey)

1. What is your name, and which nick name would you prefer? Also do you have nicknames from other boards that you'll like to lists so friends will know it's you?

My real name is James but I would like for y'all to call me cowabunga14 or cowabunga. I'm also known as AMERICANZERO946 on AIM.

2. Where are you located?

San Jose, California!

3. How old are you, and how long ago did you hear of TMNT?

I'm fifteen and I don't even remember at what age I discovered the Turtles. I think it was when I was in preschool or kindergarten. I was probably about four or five years old.

4. What first introduced you to TMNT, please tell us a little bit about it.

I'd hafta say the orginal cartoon. I remember that quite vividly same with my first watchin' of the first movie. Ah...Thank God for those memories.

5. Who is your favorite Turtle, and why?

Michelangelo cuz he's the Turtle I relate to the most and I'm funny like him and I like pizza as much as he does. He's probably the main reason why I type in orange.

6. Which of the TMNT movies is your favorite, and do you have any stories to share about why, when and where you first saw it?

The first movie is my favorite one. I have one story. It's more like a childhood memory. I was at Blockbuster with my mom and we we lookin' around. I saw a Spider-Man video but I got TMNT: The Movie instead. I watched that movie and I LOVED it. I cried when my mom had to take it back and I just didn't want her to. A couple years later I bought the VHS tape (I don't remember where) and it's a great piece for my collection.

7. Have you been to any TMNT events like Tours, conventions, Store apperances, Bday party type Turtles... ect.... if so, what events? And please feel free to make a post about it in the 'TMNT fandom' under 'other'.

I have not been to any TMNT tours or conventions. Mainly cuz I was born in 1990. My 15th suprise birthday party at my youth group was TMNT-themed. I even got Battle Nexus Mikey as a present.

8. What other things besides TMNT do you like?

Well, losta things...comic books, drawing, friends, fan fics/stories, workin' out, skateboarding, video games, church, God, Bruce Campbell movies, cowboy action shooting, axe throwing...that's about it.

9. Do you collect stuff of the TMNT, if so which items.. toys, comics, dvds, ect, or all?

Pretty much all of the above.

10. Do you have a TMNT web site and would you like to share the URL? Also if you got a web site and it's not TMNT, please share the URL as well.

I do not have a website but I'll probably have one when I get a digital camera and a name for it. Just the little things, ya know?

11. Who is someone that's done something TMNT, that you have not met and would really like to meet?

Kevin Eastman cuz I really adore a lot of his artwork and he was a true visionary when it came to the comics.

12. How did you hear of TMNT-L?

Jephael told me about it this past month. This website is pretty rad!
