Well, since Misty started the topic, here's the "official" discussion of this week's 4Kids TMNT episode, the first part of the "Good Genes" story. This episode is on Disk two of Season 4, two disk set. In the 4Kids Show we will be posting spoilers about the show. From our favorite scenes, to what happened to what characters and what mistakes did you catch in the show? So if you're not one for spoilers and have not seen this one yet, Don't read it. Once again, there has been some pre-episode discussion, I suspect the "spoiler" stuff will be a bit further down the page. You have been warned, though... Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler! Spoiler!Let the further discussions continue! ~ Raph ~ Okay. I thought I would start this topic under TV. Saturday morning's TMNT episode is gonna be "Good Genes" and I am guessing that's where Don's brothers and friends go to Area 51 to find the cure for poor Donnie. Hmm. Again, I might have to shy and hide from the episode while the VCR records it. I was gonna start this topic off late last night, but I was to insomniac (or insomnia) to get the topic started. I pray that they get Don cured. I can't stand seeing the poor guy like that anymore. Every night, I hold my new Don plushie (the one with the magnets in his hands so he can hold his bo staff) close to me. And every day I put a small gold cross on his belt. I really hope they get him cured. Seein him like that really hurts me. I wish his brothers and friends good luck on getting the cure for Donnie. Misty

Don't worry Misty, Don will come back to his regular, marvellous self some day. I say this with all confidence because as you would wholeheartedly agree, he's the best. You just can't keep a good Don down. Go Donny, go!

I trust you, Aignatius. It's just I worry about him every night and I pray for him. I try to play "Peter Jackson's KING KONG" game on my XBOX 360 just so I can get my mind off of worrying so much about him. Oh shoot. Now i feel like crying. I can't cause I gotta be strong for him. Anyways, I just thought I would get this topic rolling b4 anyone else would.

You do realize that "Good Genes" is a two-parter...

In that case, we might as well make this a thread for both tommorow's episode and next week's episode.
In regards to Misty's ranting I've been very sympathetic for the characters since the beginning of their existance in the media. Though I gotta say there comes a time where you have you just sit back and laugh at their perdicament because you know it isn't really happening. Their adventures are being dictated through writers who make up these stories as the series moves along and the writers themselves can be very fickle when it comes to what becomes of them. One moment the hero's mind is trapped in the body of his arch enemy and the next he's twice the size of a MAC truck. Then after everything is back to normal he finds out his girlfriend/wife has been replaced by an android clone.

I wasn't ranting. ([:{-p I'm just concerned about Don. I'm entitled to feel that way. I mean hey, when I saw KING KONG laying dead on the street in the XBOX 360 "KING KONG" game, I felt bad for the poor gorilla. Sew (so), I'm not rantin. ([:{-p

I'm glad to see you sympathise with the character and everything, because that's what our basic human emotions allow us to do. But you can't go too overboard with it.

-_-;Mistybtw. I'm just gonna let my DVD/VCR record the episode onto VHS video tape tomorrow morning instead of me recording it and watching it. I'll probablly play Guild Wars (pc version) on my pc while the DVD/VCR's recording TMNT onto VHS video tape. "Necro Jazlynn: While fighting in post sears in Guild Wars. I can't even put into words how sorry I feel for Leatherhead at this point. Bishop has put the poor guy through hell and I can see why it has him so un-nerved.

Karai on top of everything! What is going on here? PLUS more mystery explained--- stupid 4Kids for NOT showing "Insane in the Membrane" before all of this!
OOoo-- I think the Mystics are gonna try to bring about Karai's downfall! They have ALL got to be involved somehow in this last episode of the season-- "Ninja Tribunal"!!! Will Stockman finally be allowed to rest in peace? Will Bishop finally be stopped? Will the Turtles survive? Too many plots that need to be resolved-- plus they need, they absolutely NEED to show "Insane" before they show "Ninja Tribunal"!!
AAAAHH!!!
*runs around in circles*

I take it you aren't subscribed to NTML, Cynlee, otherwise you would know 4Kids TV has been forbidden to air "Insane in the Membrane" because it has been deemed too graphic for the younger veiwers. Therefore we have no choice but wait for it to be released onto DVD.

(I love Leatherhead's voice!) Touching episode. I was getting used to no Karai, and I really hope Leonardo doesn't back down on his promise to personally take care of her if she messes with his family again! I'm reeeaalllyy anticipating what the Mystics have in store for Karai (if they do at all; they may just sit back and watch the pretty fireworks show ).

Considering what else is shown on certain networks that is aimed at "kids", I would really be interested to read those reasons.
