Anyone see "Ice Age 2" yet?
I know I want to see that movie, don't know when I'll get the chance. But I was wondering if those who saw it can let us know if they liked it or not, without spoilers. I didn't get to see the first one until it was already out on video, watched it over at "Shingami's folk's house" on the trip up to visit her. I hope I get to see this one before it reaches video.

Its ok. Not nearly as good as the first. Scrat's adventures are still the best scenes and had me thumping my fiancee's leg with laughter. But it doesn't seem to be a buddy movie like the first one. It's now more of a romance comedy for Manny the Mammoth. The opposum brothers, Crash and Eddy, are pretty hilarious as well with their crazy antics. I guess I wanted Denis Leary as Diego to be more abusive to Sid. I love Denis Leary.  Heheh Anyway, I give it 3 out of 5 stars. |

I definately want to see this movie in theaters! Scrat is my fav character, love the comic relief  ... I never expect a sequel to surpass the first movie but i still hope that this comes out good! |

There are few times when the sequal is better or even equal to the first movie. I think a few movies that did good with their follow up movies was Toy Story 2 and Sherk 2. Both of which were very well done and I can watch it just as much as I watch the originals.  |

I really liked it, I'd give it a 4/5 personally. There were a lot of jokes thrown in there for the adults which I loved.  Nothing real bad or anything but just some little things. Midway through the movie I stopped and asked Todd if it was bad that we were basically just laughing at Scrat's pain. Poor little guy. |

Ooh! Definitely go see it! I liked Scrat being in it so much more than he was in the first movie. And the whole well romance thing in it is very cute..., |

I really hope I get to see it. Glad to see so many good reviews... Not sure if I'll wait till dollar shows though at least to save some money, just know it'll be nice to at least see this one at the threatre... last one I didn't see till it hit video. |

I'm glad to hear Scrat is in it even more then the first one. And i think everyone laughs at his pain, just because well... it's so gosh darn funny! And i definately suggest seeing it in theaters even if you didn't see the first one in theaters... speaking of which i still have to go see it in theaters |
