I was just checking out the Full House topic and it got me to thinking of one of my old favorite shows, Punky Brewster. For a quick memory refresher, Punky Brewster is a show about a girl named Penelope "punky" Brewster. She is abandoned with her dog, Brandon in a supermarket by her mother. She doesn't want to stay in an orphanage, and finally befriends Henry Warnimont who adopts her.

My mother always said in ways i was always like Punky, an attention getter and just so bubbly and crazy at times (At times? I still am  Very Happy/Big Grin  )! I also found that you can get these episodes, least Season one and two on DVD. For any who's interested here's the link i found for it on Amazon.

Good refernce for me cause i know i wanna get them both  Razz

Oh and here's the link for season 2

I totally remember Punky Brewster!  Infact, it was hard for me not to know about her, back in school kids use to pick on me a lot... yes I was a target of many things and for awhile they use to pick on me saying "She looks like Punky Brewster" well at the time, I only knew of the cartoon so I'd get upset.

It wasn't till Christmas when my mom got me a Punky Brewster doll, and it had pictures of the real Punky on the box.  That's when I learned that the kids were telling the truth!   Punky was my clone!  She looked just like me!!! serously!!!!! We were like twins.   We don't look a thing a like now, but we sure did when we were kids.

So I became a Punky fan, started to watch both the live action series and the cartoon, still have a lot of the live action series on video tape.  And now I have season one of it on DVD.  Happy/Smile
