Oh joy...found some corrupted directories...will the happiness ever end?

Glad to hear the house still stands and you are ok!

And yes, I've had people stay with me like that for visiting.

I'm back!  House is still standing, trees are still standing (for the most part), power is restored (when many others in the city still do not have power).

Will it last? Darn good question...

I've never had to adjust my house for someone else moving in, but I've had to move myself around quite a few times, so I KINDA know what it's like, packing up things, moving things around and orginizing and trying to find room....it's not fun. Good luck to you babe, and no worries if you're not around as often as usual, we understand!

Thanks, and I did have a good time.  Yesterday we had cake and ice cream.  Today me, my mother, sister and stepfather went to Starved Rock State Park in Utica, IL where there's hiking, canyon trails with waterfalls (at least there would of if the State of Illinois allowed the park to turn on the valves, so it was dry).  Weather was cooperative for 6 hours of hiking trails.  So it was a good 28th birthday.  So today I turned 28 years old.
